Agile is happening everywhere...if not everywhere, atleast in most major IT organizations. It is the new fever, the new methodology in town. What is making it so catchy, is because, it not so much about what to do, but a lot about how to do. It is very philosophical and so it is so suprising to see the IT world embracing it. Finally it feels like we are rediscovering ourselves...we realize that we are wired to work as groups....WOW !!
I have started to explore what Agile is all about, and I am already so taken by its values. As much as I intend to use it for my IT projects, I will be (and have already started) using it in my personal life too.
This year one of my goals is to become "Agile". One of the first few things that I have started doing is reading books on Agile and using it as much as I can on my projects. Hopefully I can keep this blog updated often to maintain a trail of where I am going on this.
